Service Description
This two-hour interactive workshop is designed for individuals, leaders, teams, faith communities, and organizations who want to experience greater joy, resilience, connection, and fulfillment through the intentional practice of gratitude. While gratitude often takes center stage during the holiday season, many people struggle to carry that spirit of gratitude into everyday life, allowing stress, disappointment, and busyness to take over. Imagine two people during the holidays: one feels grateful only when surrounded by celebrations, gifts, and favorable circumstances. The other has developed a lifestyle of gratitude that guides how they think, respond, and engage with life every day. When challenges arise, one struggles to find meaning and joy, while the other discovers opportunities, strength, and purpose. The difference isn't circumstance; it's perspective. Consider those same two people leaving the holiday season: one experiences gratitude only during special occasions and quickly returns to feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and focused on what's missing. The other has cultivated gratitude as a daily practice and enters the new year with a greater sense of purpose, resilience, appreciation, and possibility. Their circumstances may be similar, but their experience of life is dramatically different. In the first hour, participants will discover what gratitude truly is and why its presence or absence can dramatically shape life's outcomes. We'll examine the hidden costs of chronic dissatisfaction, comparison, entitlement, and negativity, and how these patterns affect work performance, personal well-being, financial habits, and relationships. The second hour focuses on practical ways to turn gratitude into a lifestyle. Through reflection, exercises, and action planning, participants will learn simple habits that help them celebrate progress, strengthen relationships, and find meaning in everyday moments. They will be equipped to develop a personalized strategy for creating a more joyful, purpose-filled, and grateful life year-round. Cost: $25 Date: Friday, November 20th Time: 10 am–12:15 pm EST Objectives: I. Describe and discover how gratitude influences emotional well-being, relationships, health, finances, workplace engagement, and overall life satisfaction. II. Create and develop a sustainable gratitude practice that transforms everyday perspectives, strengthens resilience, and cultivates a lifestyle of appreciation and celebration.
