      Dr. Robert L. Wilson Jr. is an entrepreneur, author, consultant, speaker, coach, and trainer. He has a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership Degree with a concentration in Global Consulting from Regent University. He received his Master’s Degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rowan University. He is also a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (P-NLP), Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming(M-NLP), Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, Certified Practitioner of Hypnosis, and Certified Hypnotherapist.
 

Dr. Wilson is the owner and principal consultant of  Robert Wilson Consulting and Wilson Global Outreach Solutions, LLC .   He is the founder and lead trainer of Global Solutions Education and Training Academy, an online e-learning community and platform focused on education, development, and training in personal, professional, leadership, and organizational areas of development.  Robert is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Wellness Coach. He has worked in the field of mental health, leadership, and organizational development for 20 + years. He has been providing strategic solutions and consulting for a variety of individuals, agencies, communities, systems, and states. His background and knowledge in working with numerous systems, community resources, partnerships, networks, and organizations have proven very beneficial in understanding, navigating, and transforming leaders, leadership teams,  and organizations for success.

He has a wonderful ability to empower and engage people for mobilization and success. He has vast experience in assisting and facilitating practice, process, policy, and systemic change.
