Purchases and Payments All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by their country. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

This Fixed-Term Programs and Payment Policy is expressly incorporated into and governed by the Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in any program or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by this policy as part of the overall Terms and Conditions.
Fixed-Term Paid Group Programs
We offer fixed-term paid programs delivered through structured groups, including three defined paid groups. Enrollment constitutes a binding commitment for the entire program term, regardless of participation or attendance.
Payments, Authorization, and Processors
All payments are processed through approved third-party processors, including Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize all charges associated with the selected program or installment plan. Payment authorization remains valid until all fees are paid in full.
Installment Plans (Not Subscriptions) Installment plans are offered solely as a payment accommodation and do not constitute subscriptions or month-to-month services. All installment payments remain due even if participation ends early.
No Refunds or Cancellations All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or credits are provided once payment has been processed, except where required by law.
Access Suspension and Termination Access may be suspended or terminated due to payment failure, policy violations, or disruptive behavior. Termination does not release payment obligations.
Chargebacks and Disputes Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in termination of access while balances remain due.
Governing Relationship This policy operates in conjunction with all other legal policies, including Terms and Conditions, Limitation of Liability, and Disclaimers.

Refund Policy Overview Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased. Please review the applicable policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products Digital products include downloads, templates, courses, recorded trainings, and other non-physical items. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided once access has been granted, except where required by law.
Coaching and Consulting Services All coaching and consulting service sales are final. No refunds are provided once a session has occurred. Missed or unattended sessions without proper notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must comply with the terms provided at the time of booking.
Physical Merchandise (Printful Fulfillment) Some physical merchandise is produced and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photo evidence. Items are non-refundable for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or address errors provided by the customer.
