The mindfulness relaxation moment series is geared toward helping individuals or groups cultivate mindfulness and relaxation practices in their daily lives. The purpose of this series is to share different tools that can be used and implemented in capturing mindfulness relaxation strategies in the moment.

 

Using guided instrumental music is about intentionally and strategically becoming more aware, in tune, and alignment with your breathing in connection with the music which helps to connect with being present in the moment as you align and re-align the mind-body connection. It’s about using the instrumental music and sound to focus on intentionally, which brings awareness and conscious alignment.  By focusing on your breath using the instrumental music you become more in tune and alignment with your body as it naturally starts to relax.  The strategies are meant to be practiced consistently and repetitiously to get the best results and outcomes. They can be tailored to meet your individual needs or goals.
