Countdown is about intentionally, strategically, and consciously becoming aware of your ability to relax and reduce resistance as you count down connecting with being present in the moment. It is about practicing paying attention to your mind-body connection. By focusing on counting, you recognize the connection and your ability to shift the tension, resistance, and stress in your mind and body. By focusing on the numbers and speaking you allow yourself naturally to relax. The strategies are meant to be practiced consistently and repetitiously to get the best results and outcomes. They can be tailored to meet your individual needs or goals.
