The purpose of this 30-day journal is to help you to facilitate and capture your mindfulness journey.  This journal allows you to chunk down your journey in a time frame suitable and digestible for you so that it is not overwhelming but very practical and manageable.  This journal is to guide you into the present moment by increasing your awareness and curiosity as you reduce and minimize your judgment.  There are prompts and space for reflection and introspection as you gain momentum for your mindfulness goals and results.


Mindfulness is more about being than doing.  Practicing more than arriving. Not what you have to do but get to do. This is not something to check off your list but cultivate your mindfulness habits and practices as you explore and be the best version of yourself.
