The mindfulness relaxation moment series is geared toward helping individuals or groups cultivate mindfulness and relaxation practices in their daily lives. The purpose of this series is to share different tools that can be used and implemented in capturing mindfulness relaxation strategies in the moment.
Many people’s imagination works against them because it is negative, what they don’t want to happen, and is unconsciously working. Visualization is about intentionally and strategically using your imagination positively and consciously to work for you and create. Visualization is the process of holding images in your mind through your imagination. It is a powerful tool and process for creating a relaxed life, experience, outcomes, and results that you want. By focusing on your breath your mind and body naturally start to relax. In this state using your imagination and visualization becomes easier and can be guided to create a more pleasant, peaceful, desired, relaxing image, and life. Be as descriptive as possible-what do you see, feel, and hear? This helps to anchor the imagination which helps in manifesting it into reality. The strategies are meant to be practiced consistently and repetitiously to get the best results and outcomes. They can be tailored to meet your individual needs or goals.
