Dr. Robert L. Wilson Jr. is a consultant, speaker, coach, and trainer.  He has a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership Degree with a concentration in global consulting from Regent University.  He received his Master’s Degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rowan University.  He is also a Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Wellness Coach,  Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (P-NLP), Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (M-NLP), Certified Practitioner of Hypnosis, and Certified Hypnotherapist.  


Robert has worked in the field of mental health, leadership, and organizational development for 20 + years. He has been instrumental in providing education, development, and training solutions to address the needs of a variety of individuals, agencies, communities, and systems. Sean Campbell, JD

Sean graduated from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College with a B.A. in Economics, and earned his J.D. magna cum laude at Rutgers Law School. Sean Campbell is passionate about working with organizations and systems to maximize the value of their services and products, while also encouraging innovation for problem solving, new services and product development, and reaching untapped audiences and markets. Sean has developed his approach through nearly a decade of working in various mental health and substance abuse settings. During this time, he has promoted mental health awareness across diverse audiences outside the behavioral health field, implemented engagement strategies to build connection and support for individuals and families affected by behavioral health issues, and guided the allocation of resources to maximize the impact.

Sean used his entrepreneurship and outreach skills to build relationships with organizations, schools and universities, non-profits, business associations, and professional development networks to travel across the United States, Canada and Middle East, addressing multitudes of people from diverse backgrounds in efforts to emphasize the benefits of addressing positive mental health and holistic wellness on individual, organizational, and systemic levels. From 2016 to 2018, Sean served at the New Jersey Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, a government agency helping to oversee millions in state funding for substance abuse prevention. In his role, he worked with communities across New Jersey to implement quality prevention efforts while providing technical assistance to communities in maximizing the value of the resources and reaching new sectors with critical public health information. 

Dr. Erika Laos, DSL

Dr. Erika Laos is the President and Founder of Bold Alliance Consulting Group, LLC, (BACG). She possesses over 20 years of professional experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors which equipped her with skills in human capital management, organizational and leadership development, training delivery, non-profit management, foreign relations, marketing, financial management, and partnership building. She believes in equipping people with global leadership skills that will enable them to carry out their organization’s mission. Erika values leadership in all areas of life as well as cross-generational understanding.

Ms. Laos holds a B. A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, M. A. in International Affairs from the Catholic University of America, and a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. She is a United States Army veteran.

Dr. Joshua Torres, DSL

Dr. Joshua Torres is the Principal of TCG, a boutique consulting firm, located in the Tri-State area. He is a respected advisor and recognized expert in the field, with a passion for identifying the tools and skills executives, need to take action. He is committed to helping individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations achieve results by realigning their leadership potential. Utilizing a systems approach, he employs a series of assessment tools to accelerate development and performance, offering targeted feedback and creating development plans. His approach creates a cycle of action and learning, leading to sustained improvements in performance. Josh received a Masters in Christian Leadership from the University of Valley Forge and his Doctorate at Regent University. He is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Josh is also an AG Proficient Coach.
