Sean graduated from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College with a B.A. in Economics, and earned his J.D. magna cum laude at Rutgers Law School. Sean Campbell is passionate about working with organizations and systems to maximize the value of their services and products, while also encouraging innovation for problem solving, new services and product development, and reaching untapped audiences and markets. Sean has developed his approach through nearly a decade of working in various mental health and substance abuse settings. During this time, he has promoted mental health awareness across diverse audiences outside the behavioral health field, implemented engagement strategies to build connection and support for individuals and families affected by behavioral health issues, and guided the allocation of resources to maximize the impact.
Sean used his entrepreneurship and outreach skills to build relationships with organizations, schools and universities, non-profits, business associations, and professional development networks to travel across the United States, Canada and Middle East, addressing multitudes of people from diverse backgrounds in efforts to emphasize the benefits of addressing positive mental health and holistic wellness on individual, organizational, and systemic levels. From 2016 to 2018, Sean served at the New Jersey Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, a government agency helping to oversee millions in state funding for substance abuse prevention.
