Have you been stressed? Frustrated? Anxious? Overwhelmed? In survival mode? Stress can come from many things. Are you stressed about school, life, work, or relationships? Do you want to learn how to relax and in the process reduce or manage your current stress? What if you had the tools and strategies to reduce the thoughts and feelings of stress and pressure? This group is focused on intentionally using mindfulness practices and relaxation techniques to strategically reduce stress and resistance by creating a more relaxing lifestyle within a supportive community setting.
