This group is designed to assist members with development, empowerment, and transformation. We emphasize the importance and awareness of how paradigms, perspectives, principles, and practices impact and influence outcomes and results. This group provides monthly meetings, tools, and resources for members to change their world and experience true transformation and success. Have you been stressed? Frustrated? Anxious? Overwhelmed? In survival mode? Stress can come from many things. Are you worried about school, life, work, or relationships? Do you want to learn how to relax, reduce, or manage stress? What if you had the tools and strategies to reduce the thoughts and feelings of stress and pressure? This mindfulness group intentionally uses mindfulness practices and relaxation techniques to strategically reduce stress and resistance by creating a more relaxing lifestyle within a supportive community setting. The mindfulness relaxation group is geared toward helping individuals or groups cultivate mindfulness and relaxation practices in their daily lives. The purpose of this group and community is to provide space and share different tools to capture mindfulness relaxation strategies by being present in the moment.
